Dwayne Brunner

Dwayne serves as our President. Mr. Brunner is also the founder of Planet Works. Dwayne has worked in tDwayne Brunnerhe Intelligence Community (IC) for over 30 years. Dwayne is a Certified Project Management Professional, has a Master of Science Degree in Technology Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, both from the University of Maryland. He has broad IC technical experience in systems and software engineering in the SIGINT domain with Systems, Interfaces, and Processes. He promotes teamwork and process-oriented efforts. He has performed system architecture, designed, and developed software throughout the complete system life cycle for many organizations in the Intelligence Community. Prior to working at Planet Works, Mr. Brunner held positions at several other companies where he was a senior technical expert as well as part of their senior management. Dwayne places the company’s priority on mission and is a very employee-focused person. He know Planet Works has an excellent team and looks forward to continue working with them.

Steve McGuire

Steve serves as the Vice President at Planet Works. Mr. McGuire has a Certified ScrumMaster and CMMI Training. Steve has a Master of Science in Operations Engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Steve has over twenty-six years of progressively increasing positions of responsibility in defense and intelligence systems engineering and analysis within government and private sector organizations. He provided extensive system engineering experience within the Technical Directorate (TD), SIGINT Directorate (SID), Information Assurance Directorate (IAD), and the National Threat Operation Center (NTOC). Mr. McGuire possesses extensive experience in dealing with senior executives within the National Intelligence Community (IC) and the Department of Defense (DOD).

Bob Krysick

Bob serves as an Advisory Board Member for Planet Works. He has worked in the Intelligence Community for over 39 years and brings a wealth /h2>of experience to the company. He has extensive experience in the fields of signals analysis, software development, program management, acquisition, and independent assessment and evaluations. He is known for his ability to develop, communicate, and implement strategic objectives for organizations and has a proven track record of successes throughout his career. He served as a member of the Senior Executive Service from 1997-2012, and held a number of challenging corporate positions at the National Security Agency to include serving as the Program Executive Officer for NSA and the Director of Program, Analysis, and Evaluation for NSA. He has extensive experience as the former President and Chairman of the Board for a large, multi-million dollar Employee Benefits Association. During his tenure, Bob helped guide the association to strategically expand its product offerings, to implement enhanced business practices, and to expand its potential client base. Bob is a graduate of the Intelligence Community Senior Leadership Program; a graduate of the Intelligence Community Executive Leadership Program, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University; a graduate of the Sloan School of Management, MIT, Executive Program: Managing Technical Professionals and Organizations; has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics, and is a Certified Facilitator. Bob is very excited to be a member of the Planet Works Advisory Board and is looking forward to utilizing his passion and vision to help guide the future of this company.

John Torosino, Jr.

John Torosino proudly serves on the Planet Works Executive Advisory Board. He has over 40 years of service in the Intelligence Community. John has wide-ranging experience across information technology, SIGINT and Information Security operations, research, change management and training. He is known for his leadership skills, decision making skills and teaming. John, a retired executive at the National Security Agency (NSA) is a graduate of the Computer Science Intern Program. He holds a BS degree in Technology and Management for the University of Maryland. John has held numerous office and division leadership positions across NSA.

Kevin Beever

Kevin serves as our Director of Systems Engineering at Planet Works. Mr. Beever is a Certified Project Management Professional and has an Advanced Masters Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University and Bachelor in Business Administration, from Forbes College of Business, Kevin has an extensive background working all facets of projects and activities within the SIGINT System (overhead, terrestrial, mission ground station), to include those directly supporting the Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative (CNCI), and the Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO).

Herm Hasken

Herm serves as our Cyber Engineering Consultant at Planet Works. Mr. Hasken has Master of Arts in National Security Strategy and Policy from the US Naval War College, Executive Graduate Certificates of Training in Program Management and Information Technology Project Management from the George Washington University Graduate School of Business, and a Master of Science in Administration and Information Resource & Technology Management from Central Michigan University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Texas A&M University. Herm has an award-winning history of executive leadership, advisory, and management assignments in the Cyber, Intelligence, Inter Agency and Special Operations communities. Herm is a combat-decorated, results-oriented professional with nearly 30 years of broad based intelligence, cyber, technology management, contracting, and multi-faceted experience in military, commercial, and academic arenas. He has extensive tactical and operational level experience, coupled with award winning strategic design concepts and planning skills. He remains active in community efforts to mentor and develop young men and women looking to serve their communities or country in various capacities.

Troy Hamilton

Troy serves as our Director of Denver Operations at Planet Works. Mr. Hamilton has a Master of Science in Cyber Security Policy from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts: History and English from Willamette University. Troy holds Six Sigma Greenbelt, Earned Value Management System, and Integrated Product Team Leadership Certifications. He has over 20 years of experience in Data Modeling, Systems Engineering, Test and Integration, SIGINT, Electronic Warfare, All-Source Fusion Analysis, National Systems and Mission Operations. His background includes engineering and analysis experience in all aspects of information systems design, implementation and operation, with specialization in requirements gathering, data analysis, data modeling, test planning, user based technology discovery/implementation, and engineering management.

Jason Farrell

Jason serves as our Cyber Project Manager at Planet Works. Mr. Farrell has worked as a government contractor for over ten years, mainly in the Intelligence Community (IC) and Social Security Administration (SSA). Jason has a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology and also possesses numerous certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and the Certified Penetration Tester (CPT). Jason’s primary technical area of expertise is offensive security and incident response within the IC and he also has extensive knowledge working in agile environments and with system engineering & certification programs. After years of working in fast paced environments, Jason has developed a process of ensuring that high quality results are provided to the customer in a timely manner. Prior to working at Planet Works, Jason quickly rose through the ranks from a junior tester to contract leadership.

Brian Tague

Brian serves as our Strategic Planner at Planet Works. Brian has a Master in Business Administration in Strategy & Business Operations from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. Brian has strong technical program and system engineering experience unique to DoD & IC IT infrastructure(s); supporting enterprise and system level deployments, internally as well as across agencies. Qualifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Information System Security Professional (CISSP), IT Infrastructure Library V3 (ITIL) Intermediate, and ScrumMaster. He has also co-authored several IEEE publications on Cross Domain Solutions. Brian’s goal is to ensure that employees and other PW stakeholders are working toward common goals and establishing agreement around intended outcomes and results.
